Lots of changes…
It looks as if many changes are being made to the Ghost Rider franchise. The first bit of news is that Mark Steven Johnson will not direct the sequel. The hope is that David Goyer, the writer of the script, will direct. Also, Eva Mendez will not return as Roxanne Simpson. The film will take place in Europe, and the film, possibly named Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance, will be a "hard" PG-13. The film will basically be "pushing the reset button" on the franchise and may be in 3D. Finally, Goyer has just delivered his updated outline to the studio, and they could get in front on the cameras this year.

I found it odd how they did away with the fact Johnny Blaze was a drunk and replaced it with him being obsessed with jellybeans.

I think they ignored that fact just for the big name actor.

I like Cage a lot but they should have just ran with the kid from the beginning of the film
